This Offer is available for new and part exchange customers who purchase a selected holiday home with Away Resorts directly at Appletree, Barmouth, Bude, Cleethorpes Pearl, Golden Sands, Mill Rythe, Mersea Island, Moffat Manor, Newquay Bay, Newperran, Sandy Balls, St Ives Bay, St Helens, Swanage Bay, The Lakes Rookley, Tattershall Lakes, Whitecliff Bay.  Holiday home and pitch availability differs across parks. 

 

Offer excludes Retallack and brick built/long leasehold holiday homes at any of our parks.    

   

  1. For this offer to apply, you must have placed an order and paid the deposit on your new holiday home between 14th October – 15th December 2024 and completed the purchase by paying the full balance and signing sales paperwork on or before 30th December 2024 (subject to stock delivery).  If your new holiday home has not been delivered to us by 30th December 2024, we will grant an extension to this date until such time as your new holiday home is delivered, after which we will require you to have completed the purchase within 14 days of delivery of the new holiday home to us. 

  1. If a 2024 pitch fee is still payable at the point of completion of the purchase of the holiday home, this 2024 pitch fee will not be charged. Whether a 2024 pitch fee is still payable will depend on the park and the date of completion of the purchase of the holiday home.  Please note that any 2024 pitch fee already paid prior to the point of completion (for example by a part exchange customer) will not be refunded. 

  1. No pitch fee for 2025 will be charged as the 2025 pitch fee will be included in the purchase price. Pitch fees for the following two years (2026 and 2027) will be frozen at current 2024 rates applicable to the chosen pitch fee location when purchasing a caravan or holiday lodge directly from Away Resorts^^, after which the pitch fees for the pitch fee year beginning in 2028 (2028 Pitch Fee Year), and all subsequent pitch fee years, will be subject to an increase equivalent to the standard annual increase applied by Away Resorts Ltd to all pitch fees at the relevant park.  For the 2028 pitch fee year, this standard annual increase will be applied to the frozen 2024 rate, and pitch fees will increase annually thereafter in line with Away Resorts limited standard annual increases.

  1. This offer is personal to the Purchaser only.  If a Purchaser sells their holiday home privately during the 2024/2025 pitch fee year, the new owner may be required to pay a part, or all, of the 2025 pitch fees and to pay subsequent pitch fees at the standard rates applicable at the relevant park (ie, not frozen at 2024 rates). 

  1. As well as the cost of the holiday home itself, Purchasers will also have to pay all other costs associated with the holiday home, including but not limited to any costs normally charged in connection with running costs including insurance, electricity, gas, local authority rates and the maintenance of the holiday home such as winterisation and compulsory safety checks. 

  1. This offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or voucher alternative is offered. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

  1. Purchasers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions on completion of the purchase of their holiday home. 

  1. Purchaser will be required to sign an Away Resorts sale and pitch licence agreement, and a sample copy can be provided on request.  Holiday homes offered in part exchange will be subject to acceptance by Away Resorts as suitable for part exchange.   

  1. Away Resorts reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 

 

   

   

^^Pitch fee years vary by park and by pitch location: by way of example only, for purchases of a new holiday home with a pitch fee year of 1st Jan– 31st Dec 2024, under this promotion your pitch fees for the remainder of this 2024/2025 period would be included in the purchase price of your holiday home and your pitch fees for the following three seasons (1st Jan – 31st Dec 2025, 1st Jan -31st Dec 2026, 1st Jan – 31st Dec 2027) would be frozen at the pitch fee rate applicable between 1st Jan – 31st Dec 2024 for the holiday home/pitch fee location purchased. Standard Away Resorts Ltd annual increases would then apply for the pitch fee year 1st Jan– 31st Dec 2028 and all subsequent pitch fee years.
